Beginning on your effective date of coverage you will have access to two of the nation’s largest networks of participating dentists: Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier® network.

The coronavirus continues to spread, and it’s more important than ever to practice good oral and overall health routines, and to re-evaluate basic activities like a trip to the dental office.
 
Find a Participating Dentist

Your Delta Dental PPOSM (Point-of-Service) plan allows you to visit any dentist you like. However, there are advantages to choosing a dentist who belongs to one of Delta Dental’s two dentist networks. You can save the most money and receive the highest levels of coverage when you visit a Delta Dental PPO dentist.

If you visit a dentist who does not participate in Delta Dental PPO, you can still save money if that dentist participates in Delta Dental Premier®.

This Certificate, along with your Summary of Dental Plan Benefits, describes the specific benefits of your Delta Dental program and how to use them.
