Huron-Erie School Employee Insurance Association
Huron-Erie School Employee Insurance Association (HESE) is the sponsor of the Huron-Erie School Employee Insurance Association Health Benefit Plan, a joint self-insurance health care program for the eligible employees and dependents of thirteen Ohio public school districts. The following school districts are members of HESE:
 

Each member school district is represented on HESE’s governing board. North Point Educational Service Center serves as the Fiscal Agent for HESE.

The member school districts negotiate individual benefits locally. General provisions of the Plan that apply to all participants, such as Filing an Appeal, Coordination of Benefits, and Right of Subrogation and Reimbursement, are contained in the Benefit Book for the Plan.
