Express Scripts provides integrated pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services, including network-pharmacy claims processing, home delivery, specialty benefit management, benefit-design consultation, drug utilization review, formulary management, and medical and drug data analysis services. The company also distributes a full range of biopharmaceutical products and provides extensive cost-management and patient-care services. Prescription drugs are dispensed to HESE members through networks of retail pharmacies and through home delivery fulfillment pharmacies, specialty drug pharmacies and fertility pharmacies we operate. 
 
 
Update on Home Delivery

Home Delivery from the Express Scripts Pharmacy provides an affordable way for you to get your maintenance medications – prescription drugs you take regularly to treat ongoing conditions. Through the Express Scripts Pharmacy you can order up to 90-days’ worth of maintenance medicine through the mail. It’s the most cost effective way to fill your prescriptions — and using home delivery helps you save money!

 
HESE Medicare RX Notice
This notice has information about your current prescription drug coverage with Huron-Erie School Employee Insurance Association and the prescription drug coverage available since January 1, 2006 for people with Medicare. It also tells you where to find more information to help you make decisions about your prescription drug coverage.

It’s easy to get started and manage your prescription benefit with a secure and confidential online account. With your member ID number handy, go to Express-Scripts.com or download the Express Scripts Mobile App from your device’s store. 
Temp. ID Cards

If you have not received your combined medical and pharmacy ID cards, or if you lost your ID Card, please present this letter to your Express Scripts network pharmacist to accurately process your prescriptions.

Use this form when you have paid full price for a prescription drug at a retail pharmacy or need to submit claims under Coordination of Benets rules
